Many Voice Actors ask my advice on Gear to get started. You don't have to get all at once. Go slowly. Your booth like your skills will grow with you.

Microphones
Rode NT1-A
This is the one I use. It’s a great mic. Not too expensive. I couldn’t find it on amazon any more but it might be on BH Photo or Adorama.
I like that this is both an XLR and a USB. If you don’t have money for the interface right away, you can buy this and use it as a USB until you can get the interface. Any microphone that is XLR only will need an interface.
This one is a shotgun mic. Its good for if you have a noisy area. This rejects sound from the sides.
Audio Interfaces
This is what most beginners seem to get. I never had it personally, I always opted for something more versatile. But it seems to be a rite of passage for most people.
Scarlet 212- same brand but with an extra XLR port.
Audient id 4- I personally like this brand a bit better. But depends on your budget.
Audient id 14- This is one I use. It has a clean sound, low noise. It has a capability for expansion which might be more than what a beginner needs.
SSL2 USB Audio Interface- This one is also a great level up from the Scarlett
Headphones
These are the ones I use and are usually the ones they use when I go into the studio to record as well. I own two pairs, I love them so much.
XLR cable.

Mogami 6’ - Depending on the microphone you get , you may need an XLR cable.
Boom Arm. Or Mic Stand.
I use a boom arm now. I used to use a boom stand. It is up to where and how you want to work.
This is the one I use, and I LOVE it. It is pricey so its something you have to decide if you want to invest in it, but I love the smoothness of its movement and it does not budge when you pick a place to move it.
This is the stand I used for several years till I got the PSA1+ It was steady for me in a small space I had.
Other ones I haven’t used but I think are good from reviews and friends.
I am not sponsored by any of these products. But using these links will support Mic-Up.
